Garage Door 480LM LiftMaster Alternative Opener Mounting/Extension Kit. The 480LM accessory adds a sprocket to the torsion bar and a sprocket to the side of the opener, then runs a chain between the two sprockets. Exclusively for use with Residential Jackshaft Opener models 3900, 3800 and 8500 models. Enables the opener to be lowered 5.9 inches
